Why 21st Century Pathways?
The sustainability conversation today is not about “doing less bad” by reducing impacts; instead, it is about growth. As the global mega forces of middle - class population growth, climate change, resource scarcity, and impact of externalities play out in the coming decades, businesses can position themselves to grow with these trends.
21st Century Pathways is a five - day, hands-on, interactive workshop facilitated by subject matter experts and designed to help you understand the risks and opportunities presented by these megatrends and develop a comprehensive, customized and right-sized plan to benefit from them.
21st Century Pathways participants work together to create a plan designed to incorporate sustainability into their business that will result in:
Understanding what aspects of sustainability are material to your business and where you should prioritize your focus.
A game plan that's the right size for your organization that weaves sustainability into your company culture and decision making, from the top-down and from the bottom-up.
Reduce cost and risk by cutting energy, water, waste, materials, and negative social and environmental impacts.
Revenue growth by either launching a separate line of sustainability advantaged products, services, and solutions or by embedding environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into your products and services.
Innovate and invest in technologies and businesses that create options for future growth – which may involve helping your customers reduce their footprint.
Together these actions will strengthen your brand and reputation, providing greater access to capital and talent – resulting in completive advantage.
Don't get caught playing catch up! Instead, catch the headwind to right size sustainability for your organization today!
